Spend a full day going through the note due diligence process from start to finish.  We'll spend the day going through due diligence on assets, collateral files, and borrowers.  This class will be delivered LIVE via Zoom and the replays are included with the cost.

We'll also share tools, websites, and how we evaluate individual deals.  We'll share the difference in upfront and back-end due diligence and when and where you need to spend money underwriting your deal.  We'll even provide sample collateral files and due diligence docs to help you understand the process.
